Shipping
I ship all of my orders through the United States Postal Service! Unless otherwise indicated in my store banner information, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. I use recycled packaging where possible, and ship orders promptly. All of my shipments are sent with tracking information so that customers and myself have up-to-date information about the locations of orders.
If there is any reason your order may be delayed, I will contact you to let you know! At such a time you can choose to be refunded, or I will personally work with you to fulfill your order as soon as it is possible to do so.
Processing time for custom orders will vary depending on the order, and a processing time will be worked out with customers individually when orders are placed.
Returns
Refunds are always handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away! I will accept returns of any ready-made physical items purchased from my store up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition.
Due to the nature of digital items such as PDF patterns, I do not generally accept returns for digital purchases that have been downloaded. If you are having an issue with your purchase, please contact me at flusteredturtle@gmail.com and I will work with you to resolve it in a timely manner!
I cannot accept returns for custom or made-to-order items.
